We are no longer allowing any clients in for any appointments.
We ask that you remember to bring a phone to your appointment as we will be limiting contact to the transfer of your pet at the door. Masks are absolutely mandatory for any contact with our staff - this includes transferring your pet to the technicians or payment or product retrieval at our pick-up window.
Any further conversation regarding your pet's health will be over the phone.
As always contact-less payment is preferred - we accept payment by credit card over the phone or by e-transfer via email. Please discuss with the reception staff if you have further questions.
